Style
Stanton Hope Ltd is a supplier of tools and equipment to professional users.
Prices
We regret that due to manufacturer's increases, prices are subject to change without notice. All prices will be subject to the addition of carriage charges and Value Added Tax, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Accounts
We will be pleased to open an account on receipt of a satisfactory signed application form, and relevant trade references. We reserve the right to withdraw or decline to provide credit facilities, at our discretion.
Settlement
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, all invoices shall be paid within 30 days, and shall be considered overdue for payment on or after 31 days. Statements are not always issued. Any costs incurred in the collection of overdue accounts will be charged to the customer.
Payment
For non-account customers, we will be pleased to supply goods on a payment-with-order (cash, cheque, credit-card, banker's draft etc) basis, please phone if you need assistance.
Title
Title in the product or products shall remain with Stanton Hope Ltd. until such time as full payment is received.
Risk
The customer shall be responsible for all risks relating to the use, storage, and transport or otherwise of the product or products from the time of delivery or collection.
Products
All images descriptions and specifications in our catalogue are given in good faith. Dimensions, conversions and other details shall be considered as being nominal. We reserve the right to substitute products of similar quality and specification at our sole discretion.
Suitability
Stanton Hope provides products for the professional user, and expects customers to ensure the suitability of the products they order for their intended purpose. Assistance will be given gladly if requested.
Liability
Faulty products will be replaced if defects are notified to us within a reasonable time. Liability for consequential loss(es) is excluded.
Returned goods
Goods may be returned at risk of and carriage paid by sender. Credit for returned goods will only be given when goods and their original packing are received in saleable condition. Notification of despatch must be provided separately by letter, fax or email.
